Who should attend
Anyone over the age of 16 who may need first aid skills.
Course outline
Classroom – First Aid Priorities, Managing Incidents, Care of an Unconscious Casualty, Basic Life Support and Choking, AED, Control of Bleeding, Shock
Online – Causes of Unconsciousness, Common Illnesses, Burns and Scalds, Fractures, Dislocations, Sprains and Strains, Shock, Poisons, Eye Injuries, Cross Infection, Action After an Incident, Recording and Reporting, First Aid Kits, Rules & Regulations
Course Duration
The practical session is 1 day. The online top up is undertaken after the practical session – this needs to be within 10 weeks.
Assessment & certification
Practical assessments are conducted during classroom delivery, a further online assessment is undertaken, certification can be printed by the delegate on successful completion. Certification is valid for 3 years and is HSE compliant.

For On-site Courses tailored to your group, the fee is £575.00 for the entire group of up to 12 delegates or a budget-friendly £55 per person when conducted at your preferred venue.
Opting for our exclusive training centre? Enjoy a special rate of £525.00 for the group or just £50 per person. The group rate is valid for up to 12 candidates, inclusive of certification and a manual. Rest assured, there are no additional charges – transparent pricing for your convenience.
